• The Medicare deductible for 2008 is $135.

• If you are considering changing your coverage from government Medicare, please note that our doctors do not participate with HealthSpring Seniors First.
• We do not participate with TriCare. Payment is due at the time of service. However, we will file your claim as a courtesy.
• We do not participate with any HealthSpring product.
• MEP does not participate with Humana ChoiceCare.
  (This is not the Humana Medicare product.  The Humana Medicare product is Humana Gold Choice.)

Your Responsibility:

• If there has been ANY CHANGE in your insurance coverage, you MUST inform us at the time of service. Otherwise, your insurance company may deny your claim thus making the service your responsibility.
