Surgery Center
Built in 1997, the Montgomery Eye Surgery Center is a single-specialty eye surgery center located adjacent to the Montgomery Eye Physicians office (Benkwith Eye Center) on Zelda Road. The six-bed center includes a four-bed pre-operative area, a two-bed recovery area and two operating rooms featuring today's premier eye surgery technologies. The center is staffed by highly trained, competent and caring personnel specializing in ophthalmology surgery and care. This specialized environment allows patients to receive efficient and personalized service in which all their needs are anticipated.

At Montgomery Eye Physicians, the risks and benefits of surgical procedures and medical devices are discussed in detail prior to scheduling surgery. A comprehensive discussion with your surgeon will enable you to make an informed decision. We screen all patients prior to surgery and perform extensive pre-surgical testing to eliminate from consideration those who may not be a suitable candidate for a procedure.
